Commission structure: You earn 20% of the one-time setup fee and 20% of the monthly subscription fee of every client you close. The setup fee commission is a one-time payment. The monthly commission is recurring — paid every month for as long as that client remains active. Both commissions are triggered when the client's first monthly invoice is paid — not upon verbal agreement or signing.

Month 1 advance: A ₦50,000 advance is paid at the start of your first month. This is not a gift — it is deducted in full from your Month 1 salary payment.

Transportation: OPUS Technology covers transportation on designated field days. You will be notified in advance of covered days.

Weekly activity targets: 20 prospects researched, 20 DMs sent, at least 10 walk-in visits, and all follow-ups completed. Failing to meet these targets for 3 or more consecutive weeks constitutes grounds for a formal performance review under Clause 4.

Monday meeting: You are expected to attend a team meeting every Monday. Absence must be communicated in advance.

Friday report: You must send a WhatsApp report to your manager every Friday before 6pm. Format: prospects contacted, responses received, meetings booked.

4-week performance review: If no client has been closed within 4 weeks of completing training, or if weekly activity targets have not been met for 3 or more consecutive weeks, OPUS Technology reserves the right to conduct a formal performance review, which may result in a revision of terms or termination of this Agreement.

Notice period: Either party may terminate this agreement with 2 weeks' written notice.

Confidentiality: You agree not to share client information, product materials, pricing, or any OPUS internal information with any third party during or after your engagement.
